In all honesty this is one of the worst songs we did that nite. I mean can you actually blame us for Whitney Houston?!! She is sooo damn good at a high pitch. But atleast we tried ...

Ok ratings... 1 being really bad 10 being really good

Place : 5 (we got our own private room...whew!)

Price : 2

All in all didnt go down very well...but cant really blame em coz unfortunately there arnt many Karoke places around!

And although most of my friends come across as outta tune.......I will always love you...!

Dubai Bank Vs National Bank of Dubai Vs Middle East Bank

Ok... let me setup the context for the test first...

Situation : My dad needs to open a new corporate account (Bank of Baroda jus got to him FINALLY!) and so needs to finalise on which bank should he work with. Having done some basic understanding of requirments from most banks we had just two more to go... Dubai Bank and National Bank of Dubai

Dubai Bank:
- They have one branch in Sharjah
- ... and they dont pick up the phone there
- When you call the Dubai branch your advised to call the Sharjah Branch
- You try again...they dont even have an automated system to tell you if they are working or not
- Their working hours are - 9am to 12 pm on Saturady, till 1pm on other days besides fridays
- They offer you visa electron cards and so take it for greanted that you do not need any Dubai Bank ATMs

National Bank of Dubai:
- They have one branch in Sharjah
- Call their toll free number and the CS is able to give you detailed information on opening a corporate account
- They have a clear and organized automated system
- They are working till 3pm on all days except friday
- They have numerous ATMs at very convinient locations in the city
- When you walk-in you have an automated CS system that gives you an number and tell you how many people are waiting to be served before you
- The staff are very informative, friendly and jovial
- ...did i mention efficient??

Middle East Bank:
- Not sure on how many branches they have in Sharjah
- They are clueless on what services are offered and on details on any of the services
- They are clueless on WHO handles corporate accounts
- They are cleless on WHICH DEPARTMENT is responsible for opening accounts
- They kept transferring me from one extension to the other informing me that they are transferring me to the person incharge with opening a corporate account
- They finally told me the person incharge of opening corporate accounts was on leave!!!
- Didnt bother checking their working hours or ATMs ....

Well...I guess by now its clear...NBD is a clear winner...
